CUSTOMER DATA COORDINATOR

We are assisting a client in York PA with their search for a Customer Data Coordinator.  This is a 3-month project paying $12 per hour.

 

HOURS:  8am - 4:30pm

 

JOB DUTIES:

 

SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating the resolution of Account Change Request that the Sales Force requests along with database administration and general Sales Operations requirements.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for handling all POS transactions within the CRM database and applying judgment to determine customer type and to minimize customer duplication
  • Perform data audits in support of a variety of CRM requirements
  • Responsible for administering & tracking help desk issues and forwarding to the appropriate technical support team member
  • Work with CDI team to improve Customer Data Integrity via customer profile management, address maintenance, etc.
  • Make changes to addresses in the CRM database
  • Able to handle Point of Sale transactions within Identify Management
  • Research addresses from returned mailings
