Position: Sr Customer Service Rep, Sr
Job Location: Anaheim CA
Job Duration: 6 Month Contract
Shift: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Pay rate: 15.00 per hour

Summary: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Manages all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity.
Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
