Description/Requirements

Overview:
This is a data analytics type of role that transacts setting up new customers in our operational systems.

Accountabilities
•Onboarding new business to Cardinal Health through the customer set-up and completion process
•Ensure business rules are followed for proper set up and completion of customer accounts
•Accountable for timely processing and transaction metrics
•Work closely with submitters to troubleshoot issues
•Ensure that our customers have a positive experience

Qualifications
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
•Attention to detail
•Data entry skills
•Detailed oriented
•Process oriented
•Able to follow SOP's
•Quick learner
•Experience working with data and in database systems

•Ability to apply knowledge beyond own areas of expertise
