Position:                              Customer Product Support Coordinator

Job Location:                       Irving, TX

Job Duration:                       3 Month Contract

Shift:                                  8HRS; 40HRS/WEEK

The Customer Product Support Coordinator interacts and coordinates with internal staff as well as some external client customers. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Sending emails to follow up on a communication letter to customers. 
• Coordinating responses to any questions from those emails (direct support will be provided) 
• Using CRM system to order new service agreements 
• Working closely with client liaisons to follow up after service agreements have been sent, coordinating next steps and sharing legal draft documents for appropriate review. 
• Support filling out internal processing forms 
• Update project tracking tool with status. 

Qualifications include: 

Strong organizational skills. 
Ability to prioritize workload. 
Effective interpersonal skills. 
Strong written communication skills 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and working in multiple computer programs
