My client is hiring for a Full-Time Direct Hire position for an Account Manager in Sumner. The job is located in a warehouse and though the facility is very large, there are under 10 employees in the office.

The Account Manager is an extremely important and vital position to the success of the warehouse operations. This individual is responsible for the daily execution and communications to warehouse staff, and constantly monitors and processes customer orders. The role also serves as the liaison between the client and operations, and is the principle point of contact for the client and must understand client expectations while partnering with operations to ensure outstanding service.

In this role, you will have to have awesome de-escalation skills. This role is at the forefront of customer service and helping the client correct whatever went wrong. Consequently, you must have excellent conflict resolution skills.
You will be working independently and must be a self-starter.

The position is Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM with 2 weeks of paid vacation, medical benefits, a 401K, quarterly bonuses, and a Christmas incentive program. You will also receive a small sign on bonus after you start.

You must come with prior experience in the following:

Prior knowledge of Domestic – and preferably Int’l – services within the logistics industry Intermediate service, production, or support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function
Experience leveraging technology to perform daily tasks, including strong familiarity with MS Office applications (in particular Exchange, Word & Excel), web navigation & basic hardware functions
Proven track record of taking initiative to accomplish tasks in creative ways with a sense of urgency and assertiveness
