Customer Resolution Specialist

Adecco, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of office and finance professionals is currently recruiting for a Contract, Customer Resolution Specialist job for our client located in Atlanta, GA. Pay rate: $14.00 per hour



Shift: Must be available to work 40 hours/week somewhere between the hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm


Duration: 6 months

The Customer Resolution Specialist evokes the customer’s emotions of feeling secure, confident and respected by resolving inquiries and to deliver a positive customer experience. They resolve and mitigate further escalation of cases by conducting thorough research, independently making informed decisions, developing well-written, deadline-driven responses, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the entire process.



WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience developing meaningful, conversational, jargon-free communications that make customers feel secure, confident and respected.
• Experience thinking critically and analytically, showing attention to detail, prioritizing and making quick decisions.
• Experience tailoring communication style to fit the needs of different audiences (Ex. external customers, healthcare providers, internal individuals with varying levels of expertise, etc.)
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborate diplomatically with various workgroups to achieve common goals, and demonstrate strong customer service with internal and external customers.
• Assertiveness to offer new ideas, approaches and ideas to enhance the customer experience, processes, practices, services and systems.


TECHNICAL/EDUCATIONAL/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree or at least 3 years of equivalent work experience .
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Past experience in mobile phone industry a plus.
