Customer Service Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Clients with questions or concerns and filing claims.
  • Processing Certificates and Evidences of Insurance.
  • Enter and update client information into Database.
  • Complete various types of applications.
  • Process online rating with several carriers.
  • Submitting new business and renewals to other carriers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
  • Identifying potential gaps in coverage.
  • Presenting quotes and renewals to clients.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous Insurance experience.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • California DOI License (not required but ideal).
  • Computer literate and comfortable with WORD, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Applied EPIC, AMS 360 or similar agency management experience.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • Well Organized with attention to detail.
  • Property and Casualty License.
  • Product Knowledge.
