Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for a Customer Service/Account Specialist in Reno, NV. This is a temporary opportunity that requires Customer Service experience. Successful candidates must be customer focused and must have excellent communication skills and a professional approach with customers. 


Job Summary and Responsibilities:  

  • Telephone and customer service support to Key Partners and internal customers by obtaining, entering and verifying the accuracy of order information, handling requests and proactively responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Developing relationships with the inside operational managers at the assigned distributors.

  • Providing outstanding support to distributor’s sales representatives to assist them in representing products.

  • Providing field sales force with the most current and complete information possible regarding product information and pricing.

  • Acting as an agent for the territory managers, regional sales managers, and/or national account managers to determine product requirements, volume, and contact names for perspective customers.

  • Maintaining customer data in company database to increase efficiency of account management.


  • Excellent phone communication skills

  • Account management experience

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • CRM experience

  • Customer Service or Telesales experience


17.00 hourly
