Pay Rate: $19.00 HR

In summary, the Customer Service Administrator serves a key role of primary interface to customers for managing purchase orders, delivery status, processing orders in Oracle. Key communicating with customers, generating quotes when required and executing the electronic data and paperwork. To be successful in this position, must have strong communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations including executive management. Must be proficient in Oracle, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Most importantly, always put the customer first!

Customer Service Administrator (1)-
- This position will be in the customer service repairs dept.
-Will answer phones 30% of time
-Will participate in team meetings
-Will interface with team and site leadership
-Must haves- well spoken, Excel (will sort programs/data entry), email, accurate spelling/grammar
-Hours (8am-5pm w/little OT)
-Education- Associate degree preferred

Receive and process paperwork; Customer purchase orders, etc. (includes determining parts classification of Civil or Military).
Process completed jobs and file. This may include sending invoice and tracking information to customer.
Collaborate with planning, sourcing, etc. expedite high priority orders including “Aircraft on Ground” situations.
Act as customer advocate to ensure appropriate attention to urgent orders and provide status updates to customers and our client’s Management and CAM.
Act as support role to by attending several meetings per week.
Run reports for Program Managers and GE Management upon request.
Work with Accounting Team to verify payment received for CIA accounts and resolve payment issues.
Process information through various workflows for new customers, credit memos, etc.
Occasionally Participate in process improvement “Work Out” sessions.
