Customer Service Administrator

Job Summary Management & oversight of all aspects of client communication and order processing with respect to repair services and part sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Create quotes for repair
*Schedule maintenance services for customer approval.
*Continued tracking of service orders from quote approval through repair / maintenance process.
*Keep an open line of communication with mechanics regarding work in process.
* Keeping an open line of communication with customers regarding service status and any repair / maintenance issues.
* Actively keep working relationships with purchasing and inventory with respect to parts procurement and assignment.
*Keep a working relationship with accounts receivable department to ensure proper invoicing.
* Reach out to clients daily to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Willingness to assist in various functions when needed without being asked.


* 3 - 5 years experience in customer service.
*  College Education preferred.
*  Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, processes and computer programs.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Organizational skills and multitasking abilities a must.
* Positive, can-do attitude.
