Duration: 6 month contract with possibility of extension of assignment
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour / depending on experience with the qualifications below
Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 5 pm (depending on length of lunch)

Job Description:

The Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist will report to the Distribution & Refurbishment Manager in our client's Additive’s Global Parts and Repair Organization. The Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, tracking customer issue and questions from opening to completion, quoting, invoicing, and inventory transactions for spare parts and consumables orders. The Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist will also work closely with the Field Service team to fulfill parts orders for corrective and preventative maintenance work orders.

• Quoting spare parts, consumables, and service for our client's Additive customers
• Confirming customer purchase orders, verifying necessary information, and entering order in ERP system
• Communicating with customers concerning urgent shipments, include lead times and tracking information
• Creating and sending invoices to customers’ accounts payable departments as orders are shipped
• Recording inventory transactions and customer payments in ERP system

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain management or related functions
• Intermediate level MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Possess a BS/BA degree; Associates degree will be considered with relevant experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with digital systems such as an MRP, ERP, or CRM
• Understanding of inventory management principles in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to meet business schedule demands that may include early arrival and extended days
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects, and meet daily task load
• Excellent customer service skills and focus
• Operate with a high level of urgency and expedience
