Adecco is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Customer Service Associate position in Boise, ID. This team member will work closely with other members of the technical assistance center and will be responsible for managing inbound calls from customers in regards to their office equipment, initial troubleshooting for office equipment over the phone, and dispatching the correct technician to resolve the issue when needed. Pay for this position will be $13 an hour.

Responsibilities
� Manage technician queues, call volume and maintain great customer response times
� Complete remote tasks as needed by TAC Supervisor
� Handle Imaging ticket escalations and strive to close tickets on first attempt
� Observe and perform appropriate ticket escalation when necessary
� Communicate effectively with TAC, Imaging technicians, and TAC Supervisor
� Strong written and verbal communication skills
� Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
� Be friendly and engaging when communicating with clients
� Ensure safe work habits and standard operating procedures are observed
� Be proficient in the Microsoft office suites
Qualifications
� Must exhibit excellent customer service and phone-support proficiency
� Must be able to multitask and handle multiple issues while on the phone and remotely.
� Must be a quick learner
� Must be customer focused and enjoy resolving customer issues
� Experience in tier 1 remote troubleshooting and over the phone customer service, preferred not required
� General knowledge of computers and networking knowledge is a plus.
