Adecco is assisting our client in recruiting for a Customer Service Admin, in the Greenfield area. This position is a temp to hire (with the opportunity of permanent placement)

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Admin position include but are not limited to:

  • Must have 2+ years in clerical/office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel spread sheets and report process
  • Knowledge in Oracle Systems
  • Inbound & Outbound calls as needed

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Customer Service Admin position:

  • Attention to detail
  • First hand customer service
  • Process requests via email, fax, and mail
  • Approve invoicing for client payments in automated system
  • May assist in processing orders, requests, returns and adjustments
