Adecco is currently seeking qualified candidates for Temp to Hire Customer Service roles with an innovative industry leader in mortgage servicing solutions located Highlands Ranch, CO.

Responsibilities:
• Process incoming written correspondence received from customers, Authorized Third Parties, Attorneys, Regulatory Agencies, CFPB, etc.
• Process incoming fax correspondence by reviewing item and determining proper department to handle. Generate the appropriate CIT, image the document, and route the document to the appropriate department for processing.
• Process incoming financial packages by utilizing multiple company systems to properly identify the account the financial package is for and image the documents for proper processing.
• Process varying CITs by researching the requested information and taking proper action.
• Process subordination packages by utilizing multiple company systems to properly identify the account, image the subordination package, process subordination fees etc.
• Update customer mailing address as requested by post office or customer
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

• Ability to accurately interpret documentation and requests received.
• Must exhibit critical thinking skills and effective reasoning while performing assigned tasks Maintain highest levels of customer service.
• Ability to meet demands and deadlines in a high volume production environment.
• Ability to follow processes containing a high level of detail
• Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal and ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• Competency in performing multiple tasks; dealing effectively with others.
• Confidentiality and professionalism are required.
• Ability to follow set guidelines and schedule.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Data entry experience a plus, with proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/clerical related experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
