Seeking all Customer Service Associates!!

Adecco is assisting a national firm in staffing for a Customer Service Associate!

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr. Based off of experience.
Location: Reston, VA
Contract to Hire Position!

As a Customer Service Associate, your empathy and interpersonal skills will help you provide our customers a positive experience in the face of difficulty. Your proactive problem solving skills will help you analyze and communicate customer issues as a team leader.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing and responding to customer service issues, including recording details of customer service requests in customer relationship management system
  • Work directly with field service employees to develop strategy for handling long-term customer service issues
  • Work with the supervisor to monitor call center activity and optimize customer service processes
  • Answering all questions for customers when they call
  • Fielding inbound and outbound calls regularly

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Highly-driven proactive problem solver
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Proven ability to interact with customers and manage relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
