Customer Service Associate position require candidates to manage a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken within a professional work environment. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Associate Position:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls from customers and transportation professionals
  • Enter customer orders
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of orders
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer or transportation issues, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Process credits and exchanges
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Perform special assignments as requested
