Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

Review support requests and clarify customer complaints.
Determine cause of problems.
Select and explain the best solutions to solve problems.
Communicate with the team and others in the company to solve problems as needed.
Expedite corrections or adjustments.
Follow up to ensure resolutions


- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2-3 years customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
- Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
- Proficient problem solving ability
- Persistence, determination, and a firm friendly manner
- Able to work in a team environment
