Adecco is currently seeking Inbound Call Center Representatives for temporary assignments at Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Ewing, NJ. This is a long-term temporary assignment opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career!

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls in addition to other work items. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, be personable over the phone, be well-versed in computer systems, and network functions. Candidates should be reliable, and able to provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must have one-two years of inbound call center experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in Outlook email.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or other customer data/case management software system desired.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of computer systems with ability to navigate multiple programs.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as with a team to learn new processes.
