We have an exciting opportunity for you where you will be connecting customers to vendors that provide the services that they are interested in at a fun, welcoming and extremely diverse call center in Beaverton, Oregon!

You will be talking with customers that have requested to get more information in regards to certain products or services. On these SUPER QUICK calls, you will be pre-qualifying the customers to ensure that they meet certain criteria and then matching them with vendors that will help the customers accomplish their ultimate goal!
Here is a snapshot of what skills would be helpful in this role:
    • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
    • Ability to use talking points and product knowledge to address the customer’s objections and ease their concerns.
    • Follow general scripting and call flow WHILE being able to pivot your conversation to meet the customer’s needs.
    • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
    • Giving feedback and recommending improvements based on your experiences.
    • Have the ability to problem solve and escalate issues as they come up.
    • Participate in continued training and development opportunities.
    • Positively engage with the customers while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
    • Able to navigate multiple web based systems simultaneously
    • Able to have fun on the phone with your customers to help build good rapport.
    • Honestly – we want you to have fun with this! Make the calls your own and engage with the customer!

General requirements for this role:
    • High school or GED
    • Strong communication skills
    • English language fluency
    • Ability to sit at a desk for an extended period of time while speaking to customers
    • A pre hire swab test will be performed to screen for substances deemed illegal by the State of Oregon
