 What will you be doing as a Customer Service Call Representative?  

 

As a Customer Service Call Representative your primary responsibilities include:  

 

  • Place calls on accounts that are up to 44 days past due as a friendly reminder to customers about their payments 

  • Take 150+ calls per day 

  •
