As a Customer Service Call Representative at a local client you will manage a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and other written correspondence relating to account status and activity, research and identify various accounts and transactional information and resolve any account issues or discrepancies, using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken, responsible for delivering strong customer service skills!

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and other written correspondence relating to account status and activity
  • Research and identify various accounts and transactional information and resolve any account issues or discrepancies
  • Using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Responsible for delivering strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organization, customer service, and time-management skills
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED

The starting pay rate for Customer Service Call Representative jobs is $16.00 - $17.00/hr, plus overtime as needed.
