As a Customer Service Call Representative at a local client you will providing a positive experience for guests when engaging with inquiries and issues, identify and resolve complains in a professional matter when customers have concerns and displaying creativity when finding a solution, effective in using a variety of computer systems in order to assist and resolve guest inquiries, demonstrate critical thinking skills when engaging with all customers.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing a positive experience for guests when engaging with inquiries and issues
  • Identifying and resolving complaints in a professional matter when customers have concerns and displaying creativity when finding a solution
  • Effective in using a variety of computer systems in order to assist and resolve guest inquiries
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills when engaging with all customers


Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of call center, retail, or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Appropriate, friendly, empathetic, and professional personality


The starting pay rate for Customer Service Call Representative jobs is $15.00/hr, plus overtime as needed.
