Summary: Support sales staff by inputting sales data, supporting information into the sales order system, and providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, and handling information requests. Providing supplemental support for project development, order management and customer service. Providing efficient, accurate, and timely response to requests. Utilizing appropriate processes and tools. Developing and maintaining customer relationships through excellent customer service skills. Partnering and communicating with sales team to support and influence response time and sales goals. Additionally, coordinates general business office activities that are clerical in nature (e.g., mail, word processing, filing, order processing, telephone answering).

High school diploma or GED, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (business or finance preferred) Previous cash application experience within a high volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in math computations. Strong attention to detail.

Good oral and written communications skills, Possess strong interpersonal skills, Excellent Organization Skills, Ability to communicate well in a team setting
