A local leading organization is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives - CSR - Call Center Representatives in Cheyenne, WY, for long-term temporary to hire opportunities.  Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsibilities for Customer Service Reps include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provides excellent customer service by managing provider calls, obtaining information and answering questions, and in specific instances, refers callers to the Operations Manager for service and/or resolution.
  • Enters information into the Provider Data Management System.
  • Communicates with providers about ongoing enrollment status in accordance with set policies and procedures.
  • Contacts providers to obtain missing information and records findings in the Provider Database Management System.
  • Uses secure web services to complete tasks as defined in the policies and procedures.
  • Maintains updated knowledge of the Provider Screening and Enrollment project.
  • Maintains knowledge of contract compliance provisions of the project and meets and/or exceeds those requirements.
  • Meets and/or exceeds Production and Quality Assurance goals as defined for this position.
  • Raises issues of concern and/or problems to the attention of the Operations Manager.
  • Cross-trained to provide back-up support to the Enrollment Specialists or Mail Specialist.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to multi-task
*Strong data entry skills and general computer use knowledge
*Ability to clear a customer specific background screening

Bilingual, Spanish/English, candidates also needed.

We have openings on Monday - Friday, hours may vary to range between 7 am - 6 pm, and some overtime may be required to include an occasional Saturday.

Pay for this position is $12.50/hour plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
