Adecco is assisting our client in recruiting for Customer Service Representatives in Edison NJ.  This is a temporary project position.   Successful candidates must have excellent verbal skills, reliable and able to provide outstanding customer service.  If you meet the qualifications listed below.

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

- Handle Claims investigation with varying degrees of questions or concerns.

- Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the caller.

- Escalate complicated issues to designated call center supervisor for further investigation

 

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

-  Working knowledge of Financial Products (e.g. Stocks, Bonds & Options)  Proxy / Class Action Suits.

- Computer literate – working in a Windows environment/ MS office required.

- Strong working knowledge of MS Word / Excel.

 - Will be using Chat feature & Email with customers

- Able to work in a team environment

-  Associates Degree or equivalent from two- Year College or Technical School

 

Varied Shifts – Monday – Friday 

Shift times between 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (work week -37.5 hrs.)

Pay Rate $18.00 per hour (OT available)
