Customer Service - Claims Management

Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for Customer Service associates to perform claim analysis in Edison, New Jersey. This is a temporary, long-term position. Successful candidates must have excellent written communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work for long periods of time seated. Responsibilities for this job include:
- Document review; recommending the eligibility of specific claims for payment
- Clear data and claim exceptions and ensure deficiencies are flagged correctly
- Analyze whole claims and all supporting documentation to ensure eligibility determination is reasonable
- Distribution and Post-Distribution review of late claims
- Work with other teams for return check reconciliation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
- Working knowledge of Financial Products (e.g. stocks, bonds & Options)
- Computer literate – working in a Windows environment/ MS office required.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word / Excel.
- Typing 40 WPM
- Able to work in a team environment

Varied Shifts – Monday – Friday
Shift times between 6am-2pm to 9am-5pm with Overtime Opportunity
Pay Rate $20.00/hr
Start Date: 5/20
