Customer Service – Claims – Troy,  NV

6 months (contract)

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

$12.88 / hr.

 

Specific Duties

  • Auto Claims/Property Claims Department

  • Handle incoming companies wanting to receive claims from client from property claims

  • Handle prepping claim files called Arbitration

  • Processing claims subrogation and arbitration claims for transfer to our departments

  • This is all done in the system

  • Looking for someone to fill out template and submit it in the system, and it processes through

  • Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation

  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations

  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports

  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
     

Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

  • Works under immediate supervision

  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Candidate should be comfortable on the phone in case they are missing some part of the document

  • Good customer service skills

  • Good communication skills
