Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Robinson Twp, PA. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative Clerical Support position include:

- Handle and resolve complaints
- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation
- Manage past due orders, follow up with vendors and suppliers for status of order shipment
- Verify shipment dates, backorder status, correct shipment address – to determine reason for the delay

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous customer service, problem resolution experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate - Proficient with email, MSWord and Excel
- Able to work in a team environment

Salary $13-15/hr
