Adecco the world leader in staffing solution has an immediate opening for Customer Service Coordinator/ Dispatcher
Dispatch Coordinators are voice of the company and handle all incoming calls to branch from the customers. The Dispatch Coordinator coordinates the delivery, pick up and relocation of modular offices as well as other customer needs. They work with customers to handle any issues with regards to the modular buildings and job site service vendors in relation to pick-up and delivery of units.
Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:
Handles all aspects of dispatching which includes but is not limited to legally routing the trucks, acquiring trip permits for deliveries and pickups, scheduling the deliveries, pickups, and relocation's with clients; confirming site conditions and hours and completing follow up calls to clients.
Ensures proper margins are being met when utilizing outside vendors.
Completes and distributes the proper paperwork and relays messages and instructions to Acton drivers or outside transporters.
Monitors and manages transportation expenses; completes the truck report. If required, keeps track of license and transporter tags.
Processes delivery, relocation, and off-lease orders.

Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
Greets and assists customers; answers incoming calls quickly and professionally; makes follow up calls to customers.
Inputs and retrieves data from the Acton computer systems.
Obtains lease agreements and certificates of insurance from vendors and clients if applicable.
Purchases supplies; ensures the office is well maintained and clean, files are up to date, and supplies are available.
Maintains client, trailer, and vendor files.
Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of dispatch & customer service related experience as well as 3 years related administrative experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet use.
Navision experience a plus.
