Customer Service Coordinator - Paid training in NYC!

Adecco is looking for an energetic Customer Service Coordinator for a client in Scottsdale. 

The Online CSC will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding the client’s online booking tool.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with online booking customers and potential customers via email and phone (and in the future, online chat)
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool
  • Responsible for collaborating w/ the guest service team (whom are on the operations side of the business) to ensure all social media reviews on Facebook & other social media channels are being responded to
  • Respond to Facebook messenger inquiries for event questions & distribute event inquiries to the event sales team
  • Responding to client surveys post event to ensure positive guest experience (approximately 30-40 reviews/daily shared with the CSR team)
  • Inspired to turn event leads into actual events
  • This role will also train you to eventually become an Event Sales Rep where will you be booking larger parties & events and meet w/ clients & give site tours, etc!

 

PAID TRAINING:

ALL new hires will attend the client’s mandatory training program held in NYC (Times Square venue)

ALL EXPENSES PAID!!

 

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma

Minimum (1) year of CSR experience in a call center

 

COMPENSATION:

$40,000 annual salary + the opportunity to make commission
