As a Customer Service Coordinator - Transportation Scheduler your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: vehicle scheduling, load planning, route optimization, records management, maintenance scheduling.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Computer literacy is required. Experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, a Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System is preferred.

- Must work and participate effectively in a team environment with diverse personalities.

- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with our carrier base and customer service groups.

- Strong communication skills including good verbal, written and listening skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay rate will be $14.00/hr.
