Would prefer bilingual Spanish and French Canadian (not required) BUSINESS TO CONSUMERS Deliver First class consumer service across the following channels - E-Commerce. Manage incoming calls, approximately 20-30 daily. Resolve customer complaints and respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and social media; regarding product info, shipping, refunds, exchanges etc. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the assigned time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions via Sugar CRM. Daily Communication with Camper Stores, to ensure customer satisfaction. Work together with the B2C Team to meet weekly goals set by the B2C Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a young and highly motivated Customer Service Representative with 2-3 years experience in a hands-on fast paced environment. Key skills required for the position: Detail oriented, Multitasking, high level of communication and organization, Teamwork a must. Spanish and/or French are a plus. Working hours: 40 hours per week (9:30 AM-6PM)
