CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

General responsibilities for these Customer Service Rep positions include:

 

  • Provide excellent customer service to business clients
  • Take orders from clients in a professional manner
  • Expedite and follow-up on orders to completion
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Process detailed paperwork accurately

 

 

Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

 

  • 3+ -years exp as a Customer Service Rep in an office setting
  • General knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize

 

Long and short-term assignments – some with potential for hire.
