CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISPATCH

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for experienced Customer Service Rep with Dispatch experience. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the Customer Service - Dispatch include but are not limited to the following:

• Heavy phones – receive inbound calls from customers and technicians
• Assign, schedule, and route service techs to optimize customer care and efficiency
• Maintain timely and accurate information on service calls in service system
• Coordinate with tech support to support field service needs for info on parts
• Manage service tickets for completion and billing
• Collect and report customer feedback on products and services

Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2+ years exp in a dispatch position preferred
• Customer Service Rep experience in a high call volume position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have very good computer skills (knowledge of MS field service system helpful)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task

This is long term assignment for the right person

Hours will be Monday – Friday with flexible start time – 8 or 9am with possible OT depending on call volume.
