As a customer relations representative you will be responsible for accepting inbound calls and giving the customer exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities for this job are:
1. Answering inbound calls from customers across the country that may be having issues with their product, shipping of a product, or billing questions.
2. Using the ability to clearly communicate with each customer. In this position, it will be your responsibility to talk to each customer and assure that they feel heard and assisted with any issue that they are having.
3. You will be responsibility for using the office technology to log or modify information as needed. Handling billing questions and concerns. Coordinating with the customer to adjust any issues that need modified.
4. Working in a team and independent environment.
5. Working with both French and English speaking customers.

1. Customer service skills and experience is required.
2. Ability to type, learn and use different computer applications to complete job duties.
3. Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with a customer. Ability to assure that all customers feel heard and that their issues are being addressed.
4. Must be able to maintain a great attitude.
5. Ability to multitask.
6. Able to use office technology- phone and computer.
7. Ability to use Microsoft applications.
8. Pervious call center experience preferred
9. Must have High school diploma or GED.
10. Some college preferred.
11. Ability to read, write, and speak fluent French and English.

Adecco is assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Customer Service Representative - CSR - Call Center Representative in Columbus, IN. This is a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. A Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsibilities for Customer Service Call Center Representative include but are not limited to the following:

- Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
- Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices and prepare invoices for returned goods

Customer Service Call Center Representative candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration, if you do not meet these qualifications you will not be considered:


* 2 yrs experience working in a call center environment or an Associates Degree preferred
* Strong Customer Service Skills and trouble shooting skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including typing skills of 35 wpm.
* Must be able to work without supervision and must be able to multi-task and must be able to meet and or exceed all goals set.
