Adecco is partnering with a great company in the Bloomington, MN area to hire inbound telephone advisors for their case management department. As an Intake Telephone Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for participants calling our service to access Employee Assistance Program questions and support. You will use your expertise, knowledge and skills to gather information, offer support and suggest resources and referral options from the wide range of services offered.

Working within a team of highly trained professionals, Advisors play a key role in identifying, recommending and connecting individuals to the right resources at the right time. You will be challenged with a multitude of situations and issues ranging from individuals who may be emotional, highly stressed and experiencing a crisis, through to general questions about our service and the resources offered.

The following skills are required:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in fact paced environment
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Primary responsibilities include:

• Collect member Demographics
• Create Case
• Identify issue
• Triage counseling risk calls to clinical staff
• Triage Financial and Legal calls to Specialty teams
• Triage Manager and HR services call
• Message non-risk calls
• Expand call handling topics and answer general EAP questions as they gain experience

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but we are also open to candidates who have a high school diploma and experience in a contact center / customer service environment.

Work Schedule is 8:30-5:00 Monday – Friday
