Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking an experienced customer service representative to work in a security alarm center.
This position is located on the northwest side of Indianapolis. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. This position will require candidates to answer calls and resolve issues with customers as it relates to their security alarm systems. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for Customer Service positions include but are not limited to:
• Answering calls
• Issue resolution
• Data Entry
• Filing as needed

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• 2 Years of customer service
• Longevity on job

We have openings on third shift weekends 10:00PM - 8:00AM), but must have availability to train the on any shift.

Pay for this position is $12.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
