Licensed Customer Service Representatives are required to support the insurance office in both a sales and clerical capacity. If you meet the qualifications listed below, Apply Now! 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Identify insurance needs and discuss appropriate market products and services with new and existing customers
  • Manage, maintain, retain and grow assigned book of business
  • Analyze insurance policies year over year to identify any differences and provide recommendations

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: 
  •  Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Property and Casualty license required 
  • Life and Health license, not required but a bonus to have
  • Comfortable with numbers, data, and calculations
  • Must have highly developed verbal communications skills both in person and via phone
  • Able to display a friendly and welcoming demeanor

  • A base salary between $28,000-$31,000 plus commission!
  • Daylight hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (can be flexible)
