Customer Service - Lakeland

Adecco has immediate opportunities available for experienced customer service representatives in Lakeland!

Primary job duties will include answering calls from patients calling to enroll in pharmacy programs, placing orders/ refills, checking on the status of an order and inquiring about program offerings.

Qualified candidates must have

  • 6 month+  RECENT experience working in a call center environment; 
  • Strong computer skills-Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Prior experience working in a medical environment preferred
Initial training will be day shift.  once training is over - primary shift availability will be 230pm-11pm or 130pm -10pm.  Rotaing Saturdays required.
