Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Customer Service Representative in Latham, NY 12110!

Working in a call-center environment, the Customer Service Representative responds to customer service inquiries including, but not limited to benefit information and timely fulfillment of requests, providers and client representatives while acting as a liaison with internal/external business partners to provide an exceptional customer service experience. You must be comfortable answering phones as you will be working in a call center environment and helping to assist each call that comes through. Above all, you will need to adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies as you will be handling sensitive information.

The pay rate is $15.00/hr, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM
