We are looking for Customer Service professionals to join. Our Core Team professionals provide world class customer experiences for our Area Sales Managers (Outside Sales Representatives) and our customers by taking incoming calls, processing orders and completing the order/delivery process.

Essential Responsibilities
Customer Service Representatives will:
Process customer orders.
Resolve delivery problems arising after product has left the warehouse.
Support Area Sales Managers (Outside Sales Representatives) in all aspects of the order/delivery process.
Provide customer information on product availability, delivery, billing and finance processes.
Process requests for sales literature, product features and specifications.

Qualified candidates will:
Have a GED or High school diploma required; College and/or professional training a plus.
Have prior experience in Customer Service, including telephone support strongly preferred.
Possess excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Show strong keyboard and PC skills as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Be flexible with work schedule; candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday until 8:30pm if needed.
Have the ability to attend the training program with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm for approximately six (6) weeks.
