Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be able to lead the operation of the Customer Service, Consumer Service, and Call center functions.
Ability to develop and track departmental metrics to ensure accuracy
Identify potential issues and put processes in place to assure better service
Manage and provide training to the Customer Service, Consumer Service, and Call center staff
Experience using Customer Service software and platforms
Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years’ experience required
