Our client a growing manufacturer of specialty box solutions is adding to their team. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the Customer Service Department in the Upstate, New York Region. Candidates should have experience managing a Customer Service Team in a manufacturing environment. Our client offers a highly competitive base salary that will be determined based on experience. Responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager Job near Rochester, New York include:

Work with Customers, Sales, Design, Scheduling, Production and Logistics Departments.
Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all ISO 9001 procedures and requirements of the Sales Function and Department.
Participates in daily production/shipping meetings to ensure on-time delivery and communicates changes to internal and external personnel.
Manages the Customer Service Department responsibilities including training and development of personnel.
Manages department responsibilities related to the tooling deposition process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of related experience.
3-5 years of Customer Service Management experience in a manufacturing company.
Proficient with all Microsoft Products including EXCEL.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
