Customer Service Manager


Our client, a leading Window Fashions Manufacturer/Distributor is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join a team of 50+ Customer Service Rep. In this key role you will you will manage all customers in North America and Canada. You will be responsible for setting and reporting KPI, drive a constant improving culture, managing and setting SOPs, dealing with B2B and B2C customers.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:

Analyze supply chain to provide direction to internal/external clients/teams
Champion of consistent improvement in systems (external/internal websites), training, and streamline processes/procedures to enhance customers' experience.
Manage and develop the sales & customer support procedures and work SOP's.
Manage day to day customer service / Accounts Receivables / Collections.

Job Requirements

Prior experience dealing directly with manufacturer (ideally from China).
Minimum ten (10) years or more, hands on experience as a lead, managing and leading a customer service.
Knowledge of customer service operations in the manufacturing / home improvement industry
Knowledge of supply chain and software order flow architecture
SAP experience
