Adecco Staffing is looking for a responsible, energetic, hard-working Customer Service Associate with a positive attitude to work with a great client in the Mason, Ohio area for their eCommerce business.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide World Class customer service support via Phone, Email, and Live Chat by analyzing problems and providing solutions.
• Perform both front and backend website updates everything from order entry to product and pricing updates.
• Manage vendor relationships via fax, email, and telephone.
• Manage Returns
• Ensure Customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, time management, problem solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Strong PC experience, with working knowledge of MS office (Word & Excel) and social media
• Min of 2 years Customer Service experience.
