Customer Service

The Adecco NYC team is seeking two customer service reps to work for an incredible organization that creates medical software. This role is a temp to perm opportunity. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering incoming calls, chats and emails
  • Speak with doctors/medical professionals daily
  • Provide detailed and efficient solutions and
  • Ensure a exceptional customer service experience
  • The ability to work independently 

Hours: 8am- 8pm (Early & late shift)
