Adecco is searching for a Customer Service Rep / Planner in North Andover, MA for a company in the metal industry.

Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Hourly rate is BOE $14 - $18

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) To maintain the “in process jobs” list, deleting shipped orders and adding received orders in a timely manner.

2) To coordinate with Production and Q.A. personnel on a daily basis to status inprocess orders and communicate customer priorities and issues to the organization.

3) To communicate and follow up with the customer base on order status, pick-ups, deliveries and any issues.

4) To monitor scheduled delivery adherance and notify proper key personnel of any unresolved issues.

5) To coordinate with receiving personnel all priorities that need to be received for the day.

6) To provide shipping personnel with a daily list of orders scheduled for shipment that day. (Include how the orders will be shipped and approximately what time.)

7) To coordinate with Q.C. on the daily shipping schedule to assure that orders will reach the shipping area in a timely manner.

8) To review and update customer dispatches, as required.

9) Maintain and assure compliance to all health and safety standards per industry standards and CMF policies and procedures.

10) To diligently work with all production and quality and service departments

such as lab, admin and other to achieve customer delivery

performance goals.

11) Maintain organization standards within the accreditation retained by CMF.

12) Perform other duties as directed.

13) Maintain a neat and organized work area.
