Customer Service Order Manager


Adecco is seeking an Order Process Manager for a client located in the Bessemer, AL area.The ideal candidate must have an extensive work history in management, customer service or order management. Must have college level education (BA preferably) and extensive work experience.
Duties: 1. Handle calls and provide internal client with the status of their open vendor orders.
2. Assist the vendor dept in managing aging vendor open orders with emphasis on swift turnaround of repaired product verification.
 3. Work with vendors on turnaround times with emphasis on keeping all orders at or under 30 days.
4. Work and resolve discrepancy orders.
5. Manage special projects for vendor dept with emphasis on turnaround time and costing.
6. Data crunching/ analytics 
Hours are 7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday.
