Adecco is assisting a local client and recruiting for a Customer Service Rep in Austin, TX.

Position: Customer Service Rep
Job Location: Austin, TX
Job Duration: 9 month contract to hire
Shift: Mon – Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

. Main duties:

Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. (3-5 years of experience)

This will be a direct inbound call center with 30 people taking 40-60 calls per day at 5 to 6 min per call
It is a fast paced contact center, calls are transactional in nature, and contractors will be on the phone all day
Candidates will need to have some level of call center experience, not just customer service experience, this experience doesn’t need to be technical but candidates must be used to taking a high volume of calls and not afraid to pick up the phone and take a call - no call avoidance
Candidates must have the ability to multi task and navigate multiple applications on a PC


MUST HAVE:

3.) Attention to detail
4.) Prior customer service experience
5.) Prior Microsoft office experience

EDUCATION:
High school diploma required.
