Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

- Respond to customer needs via phones and computer systems quickly and accurately
- Place outgoing calls to members of professional and trade associations
- Handle member queries and concerns
- Maintain accurate record coding, filing systems, and call logs
- Uphold all company core values
- Work well within a team environment

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Strong phone communications, experience, and performance required
- Excellent time management skills
- Confidence in speaking with highly educated professionals
- Professional communication style

****New Shifts Available- Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm and Monday through Friday 8pm to 11pm. Saturdays are optional****

Salary $15 per hour
